CQI Courses
H & R is a registered training centre for the CQI and we offer both the
Certificate and Diploma courses, please see the CQI pages or Click Here

Registered CQI Centre
We are also a registered examination centre in Coventry so you
have the option to sit your CQI exams with us rather than traveling into Central London.
Bespoke Courses
We can also provide courses to train your staff on
specific requirements to suit your company needs. For example, we were
contracted by a university to deliver a course on Basic Quality Tools for
Support Staff. Please contact us with details of your requirements and we will

As all our course material has been written by us, we can
deliver it at any level from shop floor to board room
Style of Training
Our unique style of training ensures that everyone gets involved,
questions and examples are put to the group to encourage participation. Anyone who doesn't play,
