GAP Analysis
We will undertake a gap analysis of your working practices and systems to your stated procedures and operating manuals.
This will be made up of:
• Internal audit reports
• Critical path analysis
• MRM meeting notes
• Process Cp, and PPM
• HR information
• Health & safety reviews
• Specification updates
Our analysis is then transferred to an Excel spreadsheet with Green, Yellow or Red indicators to denote the status.
From this we can identify responsibilities and help you to issue timing plans and formulate objectives and KPIs. This can be included in your audit review to help make any adjustments to the business plan.
Gap Analysis reviews are a team activity and must include top management.
