Supplier Visits

If you do not wish to go down the road of a formal "audit" we offer a supplier visit service to verify and/ or initially look at the following points:

• The facility
• The location
• Certification
• Communication links
• Processes
• Systems

Ongoing visits are to re-evaluate supplier ratings and on going concerns or to liaise with the supplier on APQP or logistics.

All visits are reported and minuted to enable customer satisfaction measurement to take place.
