Any major non-conformities found within your systems and processes, or that of your suppliers, should result in a non-conformity report (8D).
We offer you the opportunity to have these undertaken and completed by H & R. We will attend your corrective action meeting and follow through until a resolution has been identified.
This is often found to be useful where there are combating areas within the business - an outside mediator can often help resolve the problem without any blame culture.
