Who are HRQS
HRQS Ltd was established in 2006 by our Directors, Roy & Hillary Carter
Roy Carter has worked within the quality field for over 30 years and has an extensive knowledge of activities from the shop floor through to the board room. He has worked with various organisations to implement most management systems including ISO9001:2000, TS16949, and AS9100. He has worked as a lead auditor and also for a leading certification body.
Hilary Carter has worked within the financial and administration side of business for over 15 years and has a strong background in systems and documentation reviews. She has also worked in the manufacturing and automotive industries to implement both ISO 9001 and TS16949.
As such we contiually offer a professional service to our customers based on a strong knowledge base and many years experience.
